Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant coordinates continuity of care for heart transplant and heart failure patients. They are responsible for implementing nursing interventions, assessing patient responses to treatment, and communicating clinical data to the physician staff.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in advanced nursing practice and possess at least three years of experience in critical, acute, or transplant care. A current and clear APRN license in the State of Florida and BLS certification are required.
