The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians with extensive emergency department experience will be considered.
• Current IL state license is a plus.

The Practice

• HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital – Shelbyville, Illinois
• Critical access site; a small rural community hospital.
• 12-bed facility and a 5-bed Emergency Department.
• Patient mix includes peds to adults with a significant geriatric population.
• Annual volume of 4,800 with 17 patients per day.
• Epic EMR with Dragon dictation.
• Respiratory therapy available at site.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
