As a founding clinician, you will deliver high-quality primary care through an innovative asynchronous platform. You will partner with advanced AI systems to triage symptoms, manage chronic conditions, and refine clinical protocols. What You Will Do

Manage a wide range of primary care conditions and preventive services entirely through asynchronous chat-based workflows.

Review and validate AI-generated clinical notes, diagnosis suggestions, and care plans to ensure safety and accuracy.

Identify and escalate complex cases to synchronous care or emergency services using standardized triage and red-flag protocols.

The Ideal Candidate

NP or PA with over 5 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine.

Tech-forward clinician who is comfortable making autonomous decisions and excited about integrating AI into practice.

Excellent communicator with strong documentation habits and a desire to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
