Key Responsibilities

• Admitting and rounding on medical/surgical patients 18-years and older.

• Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care.

• Seven to eight, 12-hour shifts per month; 7a – 7p.

• Block scheduling in 7-on 7-off rotation.

Requirements

• MD or DO.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa.

• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice.
