About the Role

Join Freeman Health System as a Physical Therapist- Inpatient Rehab in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Independently follows a treatment plan based on therapist/goal directed objectives, delivers/documents are, and provides D/C planning on all physician referred patients.

Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff.

Performs tasks in compliance with the professional code of ethics, standards of practice, state/national regulations, hospital standards, and departmental policies/procedures.

Requirements

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days.

Current Missouri Physical Therapy Assistant license.

Must be able to successfully pass KDADS criminal record check upon hire.

Must register with and successfully pass the Family Care Safety Registry upon hire.
