Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Saint Joseph Chateau | Saint Joseph, MO

Full-Time: $42–$52/hour, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus

Shift: Daytime hours

Vertical Health Services is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team in Saint Joseph, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, supportive leadership, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients
  • Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
  • Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
  • Use current equipment and modalities

What You'll Need

  • Active Physical Therapy license in Missouri (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
