The Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive psychiatric and substance use disorder assessments while managing individual case panels and medication plans. They will also provide cross-coverage, respond to acute clinical needs, and participate in interdisciplinary care conferencing to ensure continuity of treatment.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree from an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant program and possess active New York State licensure. At least three years of related experience in providing medical care for substance use disorders is preferred.
