Key Responsibilities
The counselor will facilitate daily living activities, community meetings, and provide evidence-based individual and group counseling. They are also responsible for developing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate case records.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) certification. A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment program is required.
