Our locally owned Ellie Mental Health clinic in Clinton Township is hiring a full-time LPC or LMSW with experience treating gambling concerns and other addictions. You’ll have room to use your clinical judgment, build strong relationships with clients, and work alongside a team that supports one another.

What You’ll Do

Provide outpatient therapy for adults navigating gambling concerns, substance use, or other addictive behaviors

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Help clients build coping skills, address underlying concerns, and work toward lasting change

Involve families or other supports in care when appropriate

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with the Clinic Director and fellow clinicians to support quality care

What you’ll bring

A master’s degree in a behavioral health field

An active, full Michigan LPC or LMSW license

Experience treating gambling concerns and addiction

Skill in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-informed therapy

A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach and strong communication skills

Familiarity with electronic health records; Valant experience is a plus

Full-time clinicians are expected to average at least 25 recorded client sessions per week. Some evening or weekend availability is helpful for clients who need appointments outside standard work hours.
