Ellie Mental Health – Clinton Township is seeking a fully licensed Michigan LPC who wants more than simply a place to see clients. We’re building a team where clinicians know one another, support one another, share ideas, laugh together, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual therapy to teens and adults; experience with children, couples, or families is a plus
Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation
Deliver compassionate, creative, and evidence-informed care
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
Maintain healthy professional boundaries and high standards of client care

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in social work
Active Michigan LPC license with full clinical licensure
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and supporting colleagues
Private-practice experience preferred
Comfort using Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems; Valant experience is a plus
Leadership or clinical supervision experience is welcomed but not required
Full-Time Expectations

Full-time clinicians must maintain an average of 25 completed client sessions per week to remain eligible for full-time status and benefits. Clinicians should also expect to:

Provide in-office counseling at least four days per week
Offer some evening or Saturday availability
Participate in regular meetings with team and the Clinical Director
