Key Responsibilities

The clinician is responsible for delivering trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents within a congregate care setting. They also coordinate treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and successful transitions.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a mental health field and be license-eligible, with the ability to obtain independent licensure within six months. Experience working with adolescents with significant behavioral health needs is required.
