Key Responsibilities
Provide resource and referral guidance and therapeutic matching to callers of the helpline while serving as an ambassador for the service. Responsibilities include completing intakes, conducting case management, and recruiting clinicians for the provider database.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a degree in psychology, mental health counseling, or social work and be license-eligible or licensed in Massachusetts. 1-2 years of experience in clinical services is highly preferred, along with strong communication skills.
