Key Responsibilities
The therapist will provide direct clinical care including individual, family, and group therapy while conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage in community outreach to raise awareness of mental health services.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related clinical field and possess active licensure as a counselor, clinical social worker, or psychologist. Experience in community mental health or school-based settings is preferred, along with strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
