Join Wyckoff Heights Medical Center as a Supervising Behavioral Health Clinician – HIV Clinic, M-F Days in Brooklyn, NY, USA. To provide medical social work services to HIV- positive patients who are seen in the infectious Disease Clinic at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. Medical social work services may include care coordination, benefit access, treatment adherence, basic education, prevention, and counseling.
