Job description
Penn Psychiatric Center is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide remote outpatient mental health services to clients located in Utah. This position is ideal for a licensed clinician who is fluent in both Spanish and English and interested in providing flexible telehealth services.
General Responsibilities
Provide biopsychosocial assessments, clinical evaluations, treatment recommendations, and outpatient therapy services as clinically appropriate. Assist children and adults with mental health concerns in developing and implementing treatment goals and recommendations.
The clinician will provide services to both Spanish- and English-speaking clients in Utah, helping Penn Psychiatric Center expand access to behavioral health services for Spanish-speaking individuals and families.
Master's or Doctoral degree in a Human Services field
Current Pennsylvania independent clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or licensed psychologist)
Must be eligible and willing to obtain the appropriate Utah professional license and maintain Utah licensure while providing services to clients located in Utah
Utah licensure must be obtained prior to independently providing clinical services to Utah clients
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to provide clinical services in Spanish
Minimum of two years of experience providing outpatient mental health services
Specialization and/or certification in one or more clinical areas or treatment modalities preferred
Independent contractor position
Fully remote
Flexible scheduling
Clients will be located in Utah
Services provided by appointment only
No weekend or emergency/on-call responsibilities
Minimum of 10 hours per week
Compensation is based on a percentage of collected fees
