Key Responsibilities

The BCBA is responsible for conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and monitoring client progress. They also provide staff training, facilitate caregiver meetings, and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess a current BCBA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders is required.
