About the Role
Join HIGHTOP HEALTH LLC as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner(PMHNP) or Physician Assistant(PA) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Diagnose and treat mental illnesses and disorders including major depressive disorder, bipolar illnesses, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and co
- morbid substance misuse
- Refer interventional treatments as appropriate including TMS, Esketamine (Spravato), and IV Ketamine.
Requirements
- Experience with mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, managing common psychiatric medication and treatment plans, and managing crisis situations in an outpatient setting.
- Experience working with Athena (EHR) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Understanding of utilization management principles to optimize patient care
