Clinical Pharmacist – Thoracic Transplant

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist provides therapeutic assessments and clinical consultation to medical teams to improve patient outcomes in thoracic transplant care. They also manage clinical guidelines, ensure regulatory compliance, and support specialty pharmacy accreditation and 340B operations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Pharm.D. degree with 4 to 5 years of inpatient experience or completion of a PGY-1 residency with a PGY-2 specialty residency preferred. A current Louisiana pharmacy license is required, and board certification in a specialty area is strongly preferred.
