The Pharmacy Supervisor coordinates daily pharmacy services to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and safe, cost-effective drug therapies. They also lead departmental initiatives, oversee quality assurance programs, and serve as a liaison between the pharmacy and other interdisciplinary medical teams.
Candidates must hold a valid Pharmacist license from the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy. A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy settings or completion of a PGY1/PGY2 residency is required.
