The Speech Language Pathologist will perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. They are responsible for developing and revising multidisciplinary care plans and educating patients and their families on rehabilitative care.
Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Vermont and possess a certificate of clinical competence or meet the requirements to obtain one. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic medical records are preferred.
