Our practice combines advanced dental technology-such as digital radiography, CT Cone Beam scanning, and soft-tissue laser dentistry-with a warm, patient-centered approach.

Operating out of a modern facility with 3 dedicated hygiene operatories and 5 treatment rooms across 3 providers, our team prioritizes comprehensive care, patient comfort, and serving patients of all backgrounds, including special-needs individuals and those requiring gentle, compassionate management.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our hygiene team on Thursdays and Fridays. In this role, you will deliver exceptional preventive and therapeutic periodontal care, utilize advanced laser dentistry techniques, and empower patients through tailored oral health education.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral health evaluations, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings.
• Perform high-quality prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance.
• Administer soft-tissue laser therapy as part of comprehensive periodontal treatment protocols.
• Take high-quality digital dental radiographs and intraoral imaging.
• Safely administer local anesthesia as clinically indicated.

Deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient demographic, including pediatric, geriatric, and special-needs patients.

Communicate treatment plans clearly and collaborate closely with Dr. Feldhake and team members to ensure seamless patient care.

Maintain rigorous sterilization, infection control, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• RDH License: Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License in good standing (Required).
• Anesthesia Certification: Active Arizona Local Anesthesia Certification (Required).
• Radiology Certification: Active Arizona Dental Radiography / X-Ray Certification (Required).

Laser Certification & Experience: Laser Certification and hands-on experience with soft-tissue laser dentistry (Required).

Special Populations: Experience or strong aptitude in providing gentle, compassionate care to special-needs patients.

Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and patient-care communication skills, dependability, high reliability, and a collaborative, team-first attitude.

CPR/BLS: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR Certification.
