Compensation Range: $45.00 – $55.00 / hour

At Covington Family Dentistry, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a state-of-the-art facility featuring 8 operatories and modern diagnostic technology. We operate with a supportive, patient-centered approach-treating every individual who walks through our doors like family. We maintain a comfortable patient volume (averaging 8 patients a day per hygienist) to ensure you have the time to deliver thorough, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, oral cancer screenings, and digital radiography.

• Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene practices and personalized preventive care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with the doctor and team to deliver seamless clinical care.
• Maintain complete, accurate patient records and adhere to standard safety and sterilization protocols.
• Take initiative with schedule management and patient flow to support an efficient clinical day.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

• Licensure: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with an active state dental hygiene license.
• Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification.
