Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients in their homes to develop and implement personalized plans of care. They also provide clinical direction to support staff and ensure high-quality therapy services are delivered according to physician orders.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current, unrestricted OT license. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and a dependable vehicle for travel are required.
