Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will lead and supervise RBTs and BTs while designing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans for clients. They are also responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and providing monthly caregiver training to support family capacity.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. An active BCBA certification from the BACB is required for this position.
