The BCBA will lead and supervise RBTs and BTs while performing functional behavior assessments to develop evidence-based intervention plans. They are also responsible for conducting caregiver training sessions and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. An active BCBA certification from the BACB is required for this position.
