Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery while performing functional behavior assessments. They are also responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and conducting monthly caregiver training sessions to support families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. An active BCBA certification from the BACB is required for this position.
