The BCBA will lead and supervise RBTs and BTs while performing functional behavior assessments and creating evidence-based intervention plans. They will also coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and conduct monthly caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. An active BCBA certification from the BACB is required for this role.
