About the Role

Join FMOLHS as a Physical Therapist PRN – Our Lady of the Angels in United States. The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating/assessing needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans. Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans.

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Day shift only - no nights.

Flexible scheduling available.
