Job Description
Work Schedule: Per Diem, Day or Night shift, you will work at UW Health Swedish American
Hospital 1401 E. State St.
Additional Components of Compensation May Include
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications
- Graduate of a Commission of Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)
Accredited Program for Respiratory Therapy. Required
Work Experience
- 1 year At least one year experience working as a Respiratory Care
Practitioner. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Current Registration (RRT credential) from the National Board of Respiratory
Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Required
- License from the State of Illinois as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (within
90 days of passing test for new grads). Required
- Current CPR certification. Required
- NRP certification. Preferred
- PALS certification required within two years of hire date. Required
