Provide clear, empathetic education to patients and caregivers on ventilators, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory equipment, helping them feel confident and secure in their care.
Adjust ventilator settings and clinical plans based on patient needs and physician orders, prioritizing comfort, safety, and individualized care.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment with patience and reassurance, reducing stress for patients and families.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all clinical services and interactions to support continuity of care and positive health outcomes.
Offer ongoing phone support and follow‑up care, providing calm, compassionate guidance during moments of uncertainty or urgent need.
Participate in on‑call rotations and complete home visits as needed, delivering care with empathy and professionalism.
Support the training and orientation of new clinical staff, modeling patient‑centered communication and compassionate care practices.
Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure patients receive safe, reliable, and dignified respiratory support in their homes.
