Silveira Behavior Consultants is seeking an experienced BCBA who is ready to move into a broader leadership role focused on clinic operations, people leadership, service delivery, and growth.
This position is designed for a clinician who understands that excellent ABA services depend on more than clinical programming alone.
They depend on strong systems, clear accountability, responsive leadership, excellent family communication, efficient use of resources, and the ability to make sound decisions every day.
The Clinical Operations Manager – BCBA will serve as a key on-site leader responsible for helping SBC operate effectively and scale thoughtfully.
Primary Areas of Responsibility Include
Day-to-day clinic operations
Staff accountability and performance follow-through
Parent experience and service escalations
Scheduling, utilization, and capacity management
Coordination across clinical and operational teams
Assessment and new-client support
Service-delivery problem-solving
Operational KPI review
Growth and capacity development
Implementation of Organizational Initiatives
This role also maintains clinical responsibilities through a manageable BCBA caseload, assessments, treatment planning, caregiver training, and other clinical activities.
