Job Description

We are seeking a Limited Term Generalist Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient regional clinic in Federal Way. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists and speech-language pathologists.

Our OT team provides individualized, family-centered services to help children improve occupational performance, participation, and independence across daily activities.

Services may address a variety of pediatric needs, including fine motor and visual-motor skills, self-care and activities of daily living, sensory processing and regulation, feeding, upper extremity function, splinting, and developmental skills.

The OT will collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop meaningful goals and strategies that support functional outcomes and participation at home, school, and in the community.

We are looking for an OT who has experience with, or an interest in developing skills in, sensory-based feeding strategies, basic splinting and the treatment of a variety of common pediatric conditions.
