We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team.

Head & Neck Surgery where we offer exceptional ENT care in the Kansas City Metro. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in ENT medical care, ensuring our patients receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality diagnostic patient care Conduct patient assessments, evaluate symptoms, and develop care plans in collaboration with our team of ENT specialists Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately to define appropriate treatment plans Educate patients and their families about treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations Collaborate with our audiologists and speech pathologists and outside healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance ENT care knowledge and skills.

Evaluation and Management of patients Ability to work independently and as a team with patients, staff, and providers. What makes us different? Monday to Friday Schedule (8 am-5 pm), 1st call every 7 weeks.

Qualifications You Will Need

Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification in the state of Kansas. New graduates are welcome to apply! Preference for a one-year experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in an ENT clinic or graduate of an ENT program.
