Responsibilities

As a PT, You’ll Achieve Success By:

Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.

Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.

Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.

• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

CPR and First Aid Certification Required

Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment as a licensed therapist or during clinical rotations for new grads

Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, including exposure to post-operative care, overuse injuries, gait and balance assessment, and sports-related conditions. Licensed Physical Therapists with orthopedic outpatient experience and new graduates with relevant orthopedic clinical affiliation experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
