Work alongside PT and OT colleagues treating a diverse orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and neurological caseload, with one-year mentorship, weekly clinical education, upper-extremity bootcamps, and $1,000 in annual continuing education support plus two paid CE days to strengthen your skills.

Dedicated Therapy Aides to assist with patient care, empowering you to focus on delivering exceptional physical therapy outcomes.

Responsibilities

Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.

Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.

Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.

  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

CPR and First Aid Certification Required

Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment as a licensed therapist or during clinical rotations for new grads

Compensation: $85K - $112K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
