Key Responsibilities
The BCBA conducts functional behavioral assessments and designs, supervises, and implements behavior analytic interventions across multiple environments. They also coordinate with instructional teams, provide school-based consultations, and manage clinical support staff.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification and PA LBS licensure. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum is required.
