Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for clients. Supervise and train RBT staff while ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes and adherence to ethical guidelines.
Requirements
Requires a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Master's degree. Candidates must reside in South Carolina and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
