Key Responsibilities

Lead clinical operations by conducting assessments, designing evidence-based treatment plans, and providing competency-based supervision to RBT staff. Collaborate with families through parent coaching while ensuring all clinical documentation meets medical necessity and ethical standards.

Requirements

Requires an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Candidates must reside in South Carolina and be capable of providing onsite services in the Columbia area.
