Key Responsibilities

The Provider Lead oversees clinic operations and clinical standards while providing direct patient care 90% of the time. They also supervise primary care providers, facilitate team meetings, and collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to improve clinical performance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Oregon state license as an MD, DO, NP, or PA with prescriptive privileges. A minimum of 5 years of primary care experience is required, with preference given to those with previous leadership experience.
