Family Physician

Key Responsibilities

The Family Physician provides comprehensive primary medical care, including assessments, treatments, and preventive health services for patients. They also manage patient records, collaborate with clinical teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a doctoral degree (MD or DO) and possess an active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Oregon. Completion of a Family Practice residency and at least two years of related experience are preferred.
