Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and learning needs assessments in family homes.

• Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals.

• Implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavioral plans based on data analysis.

• Train parents, caregivers and BA level staff who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
