Gentle Dental is seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Bonney Lake, Washington.

This opportunity is ideal for a Dentist looking for an established patient base, clinical autonomy, and the support of an experienced practice team and network of specialists. You’ll have the resources and operational support to focus on providing high-quality dentistry while building a rewarding long-term career.

Position Highlights

• Full-time General Dentist opportunity

• Earnings range of $150,000–$400,000 annually

• Percentage-of-production compensation model based on experience

• Guaranteed compensation during your first 60 days

• Predominantly PPO practice

• Comprehensive general dentistry

Schedule

• 5 days per week

• 1–2 Saturdays per month

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental experience required

• Graduate of an accredited dental school

• Current Washington State dental license, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment

• Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable
