Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible
This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.
About the Role
Join Vinfen as a Team Clinician (LCSW/LMHC) – $5K Sign-On Bonus in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and assess treatment and support needs of PS, initially and in a sustained manner.
- Interpretive Summary and prioritize PS Assessed Needs. Sign and date the Treatment Plan and all subsequent Reviews and Revisions.
- Develop and deliver individualized, life stage appropriate services and supports to PS, including young adults and seniors.
- Promote healthcare and employment services access for PS.
Requirements
- Interface with Emergency Services as needed, in conjunction with BH CP, One Care or DMH Case Management.
- Interface with ACCS Employment Coordinator and Care Coordination entities as needed.
- Conduct Face
- Face visit within 48 hours of a PS return to the community after Emergency Department visit, arrest, incarceration, homelessness, hospitalization, etc.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $44,868 - $47,088
- Signing bonus: $5,000.
- PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Night or evening shifts may be required.
