Eden Health Club is a luxury, full-spectrum wellness destination designed to help our members look, feel, and perform at their best. We bring functional medicine, aesthetics, medical weight management, hormone optimization, fitness and performance, and wellness and recovery together under one roof to deliver a highly personalized and results-driven approach to health.
Our Greenwood Village location offers an integrated range of services including medical weight management and GLP-1 therapy, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, functional medicine, injectables, skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, IV therapy, recovery services, and fitness and performance programming.
We are looking for an experienced provider who is equally passionate about clinical excellence, aesthetics, metabolic health, and the patient experience. This is an opportunity for an NP or PA who wants to play an important role within a growing, multidisciplinary wellness practice while developing long-term relationships with patients and helping them achieve meaningful, measurable results.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care across medical wellness, weight management, hormone optimization, and aesthetics while collaborating closely with Eden’s medical leadership and broader wellness team.
Responsibilities include:

Evaluate patients for medical weight management programs, including GLP-1 therapies when clinically appropriate
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on patient history, laboratory results, health goals, and clinical findings
Provide ongoing monitoring and management of medical weight loss patients
Evaluate and manage hormone optimization and hormone replacement therapy patients
Perform or support hormone pellet procedures based on training, experience, and clinical scope
Administer aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Perform additional advanced aesthetic procedures based on training, competency, and scope of practice
Educate patients regarding treatment options, realistic expectations, aftercare, lifestyle recommendations, and long-term maintenance
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
Monitor patient outcomes, retention, satisfaction, and adherence to treatment plans
Identify opportunities to appropriately integrate Eden’s medical, aesthetic, fitness, and recovery services into comprehensive patient care
Maintain the highest standards for patient safety, clinical quality, compliance, and confidentiality
Stay current on developments in medical aesthetics, metabolic medicine, hormone optimization, functional medicine, and wellness
Collaborate with physicians, providers, aestheticians, fitness professionals, and other members of the Eden team
Support clinic growth through exceptional patient care, retention, referrals, reviews, and clinical outcomes
Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical team members as appropriate
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced and confident medical provider who combines strong clinical judgment with an exceptional bedside manner.
You should have:
Current and unrestricted Colorado Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics and injectable treatments
Strong hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, patient assessment, and aesthetic treatment planning
Experience managing medical weight loss patients and GLP-1 therapies
Understanding of current GLP-1 medications, patient selection, contraindications, monitoring, side-effect management, and long-term weight management
Experience with hormone replacement or hormone optimization therapy strongly preferred
Experience with hormone pellet therapy preferred
Experience with functional, integrative, regenerative, or longevity medicine is a plus
Experience with PDO threads or other advanced aesthetic procedures is a plus
Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic medicine, wellness, functional medicine, or concierge medical environment

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
A patient-first approach with a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their health and aesthetic goals
