The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide hospital coverage and manage inpatient care for adult patients undergoing complex surgical procedures. They will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to conduct assessments, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe treatments.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited nursing or physician assistant program and possess current Minnesota licensure or certification. Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are required.
