Job Description
This dynamic position will join a fast paced and complex department that offers
a full spectrum care to neurosurgical patients in the inpatient and outpatient
settings. Included in the NP/PA scope are complex patients in the Neuro Critical
Care Unit, the Emergency Department, the Neurosurgical inpatient unit and
outpatients being evaluated for or returning post-surgery. Responsibilities
include supervising a growing team of NP/PAs who manage patients across their
continuum of care and assist with bedside procedures under the supervision of a
physician.

residents, allied health professionals, and the NP/PA team, fostering a culture
of collaboration and innovation to deliver exceptional patient care. With an

Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with NCCPA certification or a master’s prepared Nurse Practitioner with FNP certification. Current Minnesota licensure, DEA registration, and BLS certification are required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
