Join Us as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon
Your expertise is needed! We are looking for a dedicated licensed counselor to join our growing network, offering virtual mental health support to those in need—all from the comfort of your own home. This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Your Role
- Lead virtual therapy sessions and help clients navigate their mental health journey.
- Create a safe space for clients to express their emotions and experiences.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve meaningful goals for their well-being.
- Develop personalized treatment strategies and put them into action based on your professional judgment.
- Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- Experience in delivering therapy and designing individualized treatment plans.
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on trust-building.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with online therapy tools.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required, along with an unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Candidates should have therapy and individualized treatment-planning experience, strong communication and trust-building skills, and comfort using online therapy tools.
