About the Role
Join North Arkansas Regional Medical Center as a Registered Respiratory Therapist – PRN, Rotating Weekends in [object Object].
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver aerosol therapy, oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, and bronchial hygiene; perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis.
- Manage and troubleshoot ventilators and non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP) per protocol; document in the electronic health record (Meditech).
- Assist with crash cart maintenance and support patient/family respiratory education.
- Provide shift leadership/charge support as assigned; coordinate with the care team.
Requirements
- care respiratory care experience; advanced certifications (e. g., NRP, PALS).
