Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive OT evaluations (history, objective measures) and set functional goals with patients/families.
- Create and progress treatment plans; deliver therapeutic activities and self-care training; modify plans based on reassessment.
- Instruct on adaptive equipment/assistive devices and home programs; plan safe discharge and write summaries.
- Communicate with physicians/teams; document charges and clinical notes accurately; operate equipment safely.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor’s/Master’s in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program; Arkansas OT license (in good standing).
- BLS; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Preferred 1–2 years OT experience; commitment to continuing education.
