Urgent FT CRNA needed in Nacogdoches, TX

● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA

● Employment Status: 1099

● Location: Nacogdoches Texas

● Shifts: 40 hours per week, shift times TBD

● Call: Required - Call is 1:5 weekday and 1:6 weekends; primary call day off. OR and OB calls are covered from home.

● Case Types: General, Ortho, Endo/GI, Urology, ENT (rarely pediatric), OB/GYN (approximately 500-600 OB deliveries per year) and Regional. Regional proficiency is preferred but the facility is willing to train.

● Salary: $372,000

● Supervision Model: Mainly independent, but there is an MD on-site daily; CRNA to MD ratio is 4:1

Job Summary

Located in the heart of east Texas near Lufkin, NMC is a multi-specialty facility that offers a wide scope of medical services. We are looking for an independent-minded, service-oriented CRNA to join the CRNA team at this 161 bed facility.

Requirements

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)

● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in cases.

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.

● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
